Note: The electronic version of our newsletter is a PDF file. If you are having trouble viewing our PDF files, you may need to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is free. Go to Adobe's Web site to get the latest version of this free application.

Common facts about reading our PDF (portable document format) files with Acrobat Reader:
If you plan on downloading and viewing our pdf files, you will want to make sure:
- Your service provider or e-mail service can accept attachments.
- The allowed attachment size is at least 300kb.
You can call your service provider or e-mail service to find this out.
- You will need the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system. If you do not have Reader installed on your system, go to Adobe's web site and follow their instructions on downloading and installing Acrobat Reader.
Downloading the PDF files from this site
Make sure you have Reader installed (not just downloaded).
Click on the pdf file you wish to download. The file will start to download automatically. Pay attention to where the pdf file is downloaded onto your computer, in most cases it will be downloaded onto your desktop.
Once downloaded, find the pdf file (usually on your desktop) and double-click the pdf file. It should open with Acrobat Reader. Please note that opening the file may take a couple of minutes, especially on older computers.
Remember, you can print the pdf version of our letter for easy viewing and then file it away for safekeeping.
In some cases, the pdf file will open inside your browser window. This will happen if your browser has a plug-in for pdf files.
